Dear New Wildflower Homeowner,
Congratulations on the purchase of your property! On behalf of the Wildflower Homeowners Association Board of Directors and the other homeowners of Wildflower, we would like to welcome you to the neighborhood.
The Wildflower Homeowners Association has a volunteer-based elected Board. The annual meeting of the Wildflower Homeowners Association is typically held on a Tuesday evening, the second week of May, at Dakota Hills Middle School. The next meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2026 at 6:30pm at Dakota Hills Middle School. Annual dues of $180 are paid to the association at the annual meeting, no later than June 30 each year. Dues may be paid by Venmo, check, or credit card via PayPal Friends and Family.
Please follow the steps below upon closing of your property:
- Join the Directory
Email the Board at WildflowerHOA.MN@gmail.com with homeowners names, email addresses, home address, and phone number to be added to our association directory, and to receive important meeting notices and communications electronically from the association. - Start Trash and Recycling Services
Complete this form with Nitti Sanitation to establish services for trash, recycling, and yard waste at the neighborhood rate. We recommend all homeowners utilize this service for a significant discount, decreased noise and air pollution, and less traffic and wear on our roads.
Please familiarize yourself with the governing documents of the association, refer to the FAQ section of our website, and contact the Board with any other questions or concerns.
