We were established as a Homeowners Association on July 13, 1993. The reasons for establishment were to secure funds for the landscaping and snow removal of public areas along the main trail and other common areas. Other reasons are to enforce restrictions based on architectural control and keep the neighborhood safe and clean. The homeowners association fee also covers liability insurance for all common areas. Garbage Collection Contract
The Wildflower neighborhood has chosen Nitti Sanitation to provide quality trash, recycling and yard waste services for our community. This program was approved by the board and letters sent out to the homeowners January, 2018. The contract was renewed in November 2020 for 3 years. We are recommending all members to move to this service and new households to sign up with them for a significant discount, decreased noise and air pollution as well as increased levels of safety due to less traffic.
