Welcome to the Wildflower Homeowner’s Association. The Wildflower neighborhood in Eagan, Minnesota was built in 1993. It includes around 100 homes located in the southern part of Eagan; East of Lexington Avenue and South of Diffley Road. The neighborhood consists of three streets: Wildflower, Coneflower, and Trillium Courts. Here you will find the governing documents for the association, meeting minutes, and contact information.
Purpose of the Association
The Wildflower Homeowner’s Association of Eagan, Minnesota was established on July 13, 1993. The Association was established to secure funds for the landscaping and snow removal of public areas along the main trail and other common areas. The annual homeowners association dues fee also covers liability insurance for all common areas.
