The Wildflower neighborhood has chosen Nitti Sanitation to provide quality trash, recycling and yard waste services for our community. We recommend all homeowners utilize the same provider for a significant discount, decreased noise and air pollution, and less traffic and wear on our roads. This program was first approved by the board in January 2018, and renewed in November 2020 for 3 years. The current 3-year agreement was established in April 2026, with a 2-year rate lock. The rate will increase no more than 8% in the third year of the contract. If you are already a customer, use the agreement form below to take advantage of the new neighborhood rate.
