Does the neighborhood have a garbage collection contract?
The Wildflower neighborhood has chosen Nitti Sanitation to provide quality trash, recycling and yard waste services for our community. This program was approved by the board and letters sent out to homeowners January 2018. The contract was renewed in November 2020 for 3 years. Another renewal is pending, as of winter 2026. We recommend all homeowners utilize this service for a significant discount, decreased noise and air pollution, and less traffic and wear on our roads. To apply for this program please contact Nitti Sanitation at 651-457-7497 to be added to the Wildflower Homeowners Association contract.
The center path looks beautiful. What can we do to help maintain it?
Linda Quinn coordinates all plantings and maintenance for the center islands. This is an amenity of our neighborhood for all in our community to share, however please be sure to clean up after your pets! Linda hauls away rubbish herself, and needs some homeowners to volunteer their yard waste bins. If you wish to add your bin to her disposal list, sign up here.
What other neighborhood events take place?
Our association participates in National Night Out in August, each year. Watch your email for announcements.
